Terms of Use

Effective date: October 12, 2026

By downloading or using CULL you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

CULL turns photos from a trip, weekend or event into a recap: it groups similar shots, proposes a selection you can change, applies looks and exports a carousel and a video. Processing happens on your device. CULL never deletes photos from your library.

2. Free plan and CULL Plus

Free plan: your first recap is completely free, export included. The free plan creates up to 3 recaps per calendar month, with up to 10 photos each, three proposed looks, the 4:5 carousel and the 9:16 video, with a discreet CULL credit.
CULL Plus (monthly or yearly subscription): unlimited recaps, up to 20 photos per recap, all looks and personal looks, more formats (1:1, 3:4, full-resolution original, 4:5 video) and no CULL credit.

3. Subscriptions

Prices are shown in the app as provided by the App Store, in your currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and to the recaps you create. You are responsible for having the rights to publish the content you share.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the app, circumvent its limits or use it in violation of the law.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". Automatic selections and looks are suggestions and may not match your taste. To the extent permitted by law, Benedetto Riba is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Scaricando o usando CULL accetti questi Termini e il contratto di licenza standard per l'utente finale di Apple. Se non li accetti, non usare l'app.

1. Il servizio

CULL trasforma le foto di un viaggio, un weekend o un evento in un recap: raggruppa gli scatti simili, propone una selezione modificabile, applica look ed esporta un carosello e un video. L'elaborazione avviene sul dispositivo. CULL non elimina mai foto dalla tua libreria.

2. Piano gratuito e CULL Plus

Piano gratuito: il primo recap è completamente gratuito, esportazione inclusa. Il piano gratuito crea fino a 3 recap per mese solare, con fino a 10 foto ciascuno, i tre look proposti, il carosello 4:5 e il video 9:16, con una firma CULL discreta.
CULL Plus (abbonamento mensile o annuale): recap illimitati, fino a 20 foto per recap, tutti i look e i look personali, più formati (1:1, 3:4, originale a piena risoluzione, video 4:5) e nessuna firma CULL.

3. Abbonamenti

I prezzi sono mostrati nell'app come forniti dall'App Store, nella tua valuta.
Il pagamento è addebitato sull'account Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.
L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso; il rinnovo è addebitato nelle 24 ore precedenti la fine del periodo.
Puoi gestire o disdire l'abbonamento nelle impostazioni dell'account App Store. I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple.

4. I tuoi contenuti

Mantieni tutti i diritti sulle tue foto e sui recap che crei. Sei responsabile di avere i diritti per pubblicare ciò che condividi.

5. Uso consentito

Non decompilare l'app, non aggirarne i limiti e non usarla in violazione della legge.

6. Esclusione di garanzie e responsabilità

L'app è fornita "così com'è". Selezioni e look automatici sono suggerimenti e possono non corrispondere al tuo gusto. Nei limiti di legge, Benedetto Riba non risponde di danni indiretti o consequenziali. Restano salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.

7. Modifiche e legge applicabile

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini; le modifiche rilevanti saranno comunicate nell'app o in questa pagina. Si applica la legge italiana, fatte salve le tutele inderogabili del consumatore del Paese di residenza.
